This service enables you to modify the Status of a self-employed worker (such as owner, informal associate, collaborating partner, etc.) entered in error during registration, and also subsequent modification, in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).

About this procedure

Who it is for

Affiliated persons and employers who have registered contribution account codes or Social Security registration numbers.

  • Affiliates: can log in via any of the available access routes.
  • Individual employers: can log in via any of the available access routes.
  • Companies: can log in using a digital certificate.

What you can do

Enables the modification of the Status of a self-employed worker (such as owner, informal associate, collaborating partner, etc.) entered in error during registration, and also subsequent modification.

Please note

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the communication on the Electronic Register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

For the modification of Self-employed Agricultural Workers’ Status included in the Special System (SETA) as well as the Economically Dependent Workers’ System (TRADE) you must present the request before a Social Security Administration, or via the  RETA Change of Data Service if there is a chance it implies a change to the coverage of the covered contingencies.
