People with a Social Security registration number (NAF), no matter which Scheme they are part of.

What you can do

• Request the report for subsequent reception via ordinary post. 

Please note

The report shows whether or not a debt is owed to Social Security; if there is a debt, the debt document number and the period and amount for which it was issued are displayed.

Data entered on the form must match those included in the database of the Social Security Treasury General. If they are not the same, the report will not be sent. 

Next steps

• Once the form is completed, a reference number will be issued to check the request status.
