This service enables seafarers who have undergone an embarkation medical examination to obtain the medical certificate of fitness for embarkation and the medical report issued.
Who it is for
Spanish citizens or citizens of another nationality who have undergone a medical examination for embarkation at sea and wish to obtain the corresponding medical certificate and report.
What you can do
Obtain the Medical Certificate of Fitness and the Medical Report of the last medical examination carried out.
What you need to do it
It will be necessary to have previously undergone an embarkation at sea medical examination at an Social Marine Institute Health centre.
