Request for a COVID-19 Moratorium or RETA low income base due to pluriactivity < Go back

This service enables the request of the moratorium anticipated in Royal Decree-Law 11/2020 due to the COVID-19 crisis. The registration of a low income base due to being in a “situation of pluriactivity” during the initial registration with the Special Scheme for Self-employed Workers (RETA) is permitted. It also enables the reduced base to be restated in cases where a situation of pluriactivity - no pluriactivity - pluriactivity, provided that the maximum duration of 36 months, counted from the first initial record of a reduced base coinciding with registration in the Scheme for Self-employed Workers, has not elapsed In the present circumstances, if you have any problems while carrying out the process, you should contact the Provincial Directorate of the TGSS.

Who it is for

Affiliated persons and employers who have registered contribution account codes or Social Security registration numbers.

  • Affiliates: can log in via any of the available access routes.
  • Individual employers: can log in via any of the available access routes.
  • Companies: can log in using a digital certificate.

What you can do

  1. To request the moratorium anticipated in Royal Decree-Law 11/2020 due to the COVID-19 crisis for the payment of quotas for certain settlements in the 2020 financial year.
  2. Enables you to register a low income base due to being in a “situation of pluriactivity”.

Please note

  1. The moratorium may be granted for one month, several months or all those provided for in Royal Decree-Law 11/2020.
  2. Low income base due to pluriactivity is not compatible with deductions or reductions established as a support measure for self-employed persons (known as “Flat Rate”).
