This service allows to request, by Electronic Register, an instalment plan for the return of unduly received benefits.

About this procedure

Who it is for

Persons responsible for paying debt contracted with the Social Security for unduly received benefits with economic difficulties that prevent them from returning the sum within the period indicated in the claim.

What you can do

  • Submit an instalment application by Electronic Register.
  • Attach documentation.

What you need to do it

In order to carry out this procedure, you must have the details of the debt that you have claimed (debt claim number and amount) for unduly received benefits.

Please note

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent a code via SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You must enter this code in order to sign the communication in the electronic register.

The application can be submitted at any time until the last day of the month following notification of the debt claim.

The total instalment period may not exceed 5 years.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must submit the documentation at another time or through other means.

The Administration will issue and communicate the resolution within three calendar months of receipt of the application.
