From 25 June 2020, the in-person service is resumed at Spanish National Social Security Institute Assistance and Information Centres.
Centres will be reopened by applying maximum caution to everyone’s health benefit. Therefore, the Centres will open in a staggered manner. You can find out here about the Open centres at this time.
We have reduced the number of appointments available to minimise people coinciding in Open centres, so appointments may not be available at some times and for certain locations. We apologise for any inconvenience.
To avoid risks, if you need to process something urgently we recommend you do so via our e-Office or the Your Social Security portal.
If you do not have an e-certificate or cl@ve password and you want apply for minimum vital income use this service. For any other procedure, use the “Filing of other documents, applications and communications (Spanish National Social Security Institute)” service, where you can tell us what service you need. If necessary, we may contact you to provide you with the information or procedure you request without having to travel to our offices or, if necessary, make an appointment at our Centres.
