Changes to details of special agreements < Go back

This service allows you to request a modification in the type of special agreement in which you are affiliated and/or the conditions of said agreement with the Social Security Treasury General.

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Download and attach an application form.
  • Attach documentation.

What do I need to do this?

  • Complete and attach application form TA. 0040.
  • Attach a certified copy of the documents detailed in the instructions.
  • Have software that enables you to fill in and save the application to be attached.

Please note

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section.

The total size of the documents to be attached may not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the procedure is processed, you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) in the form of an application receipt PDF and the signature of the server which ensures that the transaction has been correctly processed.
If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must submit the documentation at another time or through other means.

In general, the resolution of the application is communicated by post with proof of receipt. Also, if the database contains a mobile phone number, any noted variation in status will be sent via SMS.
