This service allows family members of workers in the Special Scheme for Seafarers to apply for the family members' benefit.
For family members of Seafarers.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 5 Mb.
Once you have completed the procedure you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) comprising the application receipt in PDF format and the server signature that guarantees that the transaction was completed correctly.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
Resolution of the application and notification of the interested party by post with proof of receipt.
SMS informing you that there is a resolution.
You can get information on the status of your application by telephone or at the Provincial or Local Directorate of the Social Marine Institute.
