It is not necessary to provide any additional documents for processing.
If you do not have a digital certificate or cl@ve password, you can obtain a pensions and benefits report at this link.
The certificate obtained consists of a .pdf file, copies of which can be printed, which contains the CEA (Electronic Authenticity Code) which can be used to check the certificate's authenticity by accessing the Document Integrity Verification Service.
