You can use this service to consult and obtain the document that accredits the right to receive public medical assistance. Access that require you to log in (“Digital certificate” or “cl@ve-username password”) will direct you to the portal Your Social Security for authentication.
People who want to check whether they have the right to receive public medical assistance as insured parties or beneficiaries of an insured party.
If you log in, you will be directed to Your Social Security, and in the “Medical assistance” section you must click on “Download certificate”.
If you do not log in, you must complete the information requested by the application. If you would like a document accrediting entitlement to public medical assistance, mark this option in the relevant section.
The certificate obtained certifies your rights as an insured person or beneficiary.
If you are without identification this service will indicate if the consulted person is in one of the following situations:
If you do not log in, once you have provided the required information, you will be assigned a reference number which you must use to log into the service again within 15 minutes in order to obtain the information. However, if you provide your email address you will also be sent a reply by email.
The information will be available in the service for 30 days, enabling you to verify it using the reference number provided.
