Through this service you can apply to change the bank details for receiving the pension or the address of the pension holder.

Individuals who have been granted a benefit from Social Security.

Request via the Electronic Register to change the bank details for receiving the pension or the address of the pension holder.

What do I need to do

Include as much information as possible regarding the situation to be modified on the form.

Please remember

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section.

Fill in the information requested on the form according to the instructions.

It is not necessary to provide any additional documents for processing.

Next steps

Once you have completed the procedure you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) comprising the application receipt in PDF format and the server signature that ensures the transaction was processed correctly.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed transmission message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.

The National Social Security Institute will send the application resolution to the address of the person concerned.
