Through this service you can apply for the permanent disability pension online.

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Download and attach an application form.
  • Attach the documentation.

What you need to do it

  • Fill in and attach the application form.
  • Attach copies of all documents detailed in the instructions.
  • Have software that enables you to fill in and save the application to be attached.

Please note

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 5 Mb.

The application was initially designed to be submitted in paper at the Regional INSS Office, so there are references that do not correspond to the online service.

If you are acting as a representative, you must attach the standardised representation form, which can be found in the accompanying documents section, or any legally valid document that is proof of the representation.

The processing province is that which you will submit your application to. The remarks section should only be filled out when an application form is not attached.

Please be aware that your connection has a time limit. Therefore, if your session times out while filling in the application form you will have to restart the session and complete any items pending.

Next steps

Once the procedure is processed, you will receive a "proof of receipt" (zip) in the form of an application receipt in PDF format and the server signature which ensures that the transaction has been correctly processed.

If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must  submit the documentation at another time or through other channels.

The INSS will post the application resolution to the address of the interested party.
