Application for benefit certificate (as a representative) < Go back

This service allows you to request, in the name of another person and through the electronic register, a certificate of the benefits received from Social Security or, of not having received any pension from Social Security, as applicable.

About this procedure

Who it is for

Representatives who wish to apply for a certificate, on behalf of a person who has or has not received Social Security benefits.

What you can do

Apply via the Electronic Register, on behalf of another person, for the following types of certificates:

    • Amounts paid in the previous tax year and, if applicable, withholdings for the purposes of IRPF.
    • Amounts paid in other tax years and, if applicable, withholdings for the purposes of IRPF.
    • Certification of having pensioner status or being a recipient of other Social Security benefits.
    • Certification of not receiving any pension from Social Security.
    • Monthly amount of Social Security pension.
    • Monthly amounts of other state pensions outside the Social Security System.
    • Stopped or suspended pensions.
    • Certificate for beneficiaries of reductions.
    • Revaluation certificate.
    • Certificate without amount.

What you need to do it

  • Fill in the personal information requested on the form according to the instructions given on the form itself and choose the certificate that you wish to obtain.
  • Fill in and attach the standardised representation form.

Please note

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section.

You must submit the standardised representation form.

Next steps

Once the procedure is processed, you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) in the form of an application receipt in PDF format and the signature of the server, guaranteeing that the transaction has been correctly processed.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.

The National Social Security Institute will send the requested certificate to the interested party's home address.
