Through this service you can obtain certain certificates or reports relating to benefits received or, where appropriate, confirming the non-receipt of benefits included in the Register of Public Social Services.

About this procedure

Who it is for

People who do or do not receive benefits from the Social Security system or from an entity unrelated to the integrated system in the Register of Public Social Services.

What you can do

If you access with a reliable identification system (digital certificate, or permanent cl@ve) you can obtain the following certificates:

  • Certificate of amounts receivable, summary.
  • Certificate of amounts receivable, breakdown.
  • Certificate of stopped or suspended pensions.
  • Certificate for beneficiaries of reductions.
  • Certificate without amounts.
  • Certificate of IRPF withholdings from the previous year.
  • Revaluation certificate.
  • Certificate confirming non-receipt of benefits included in the Register of Public Social Services.

What you need to do it

  • To obtain a certificate:
    • Log into Your Social Security.
    • If you are a pensioner, click on “See your pension” and choose the certificate that you wish to obtain from the right-hand column.
    • If you are a worker, in the “Work” section select the certificate that you wish to obtain.
    • Ensure you have the software required to download/print the certificate (PDF file).
  • To obtain a report:
    • The interested party must complete the data requested on the form for identification.

It is not necessary to provide any additional documents for processing.

Next steps

The certificate obtained consists of a .pdf file, copies of which can be printed, which contains the CEA (Electronic Authenticity Code) which can be used to check the certificate's authenticity by accessing the Document Integrity Verification Service.
