This service allows you to deregister or communicate/modify details of a creditor in the Social Security system.

About this procedure

Who is it for

Creditors in the Social Security system who appear as registered, in compliance with the regulations.

What can you do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Download and attach an application form.
  • Attach documentation.

What is needed for the operation

  • Fill in and attach the application form TOPFR.002.
  • Attach the documents listed in the instructions.
  • In the event of a change in bank details, attach a bank certificate issued by the financial institution through which the Social Security Treasury General makes payments, stating the holder of the account and the customer account code or IBAN/BIC.
  • Have software that enables you to fill in and save the application to then be attached it.

Please remember

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 5 Mb.

Next steps

Once you have completed the procedure you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) comprising the application receipt in PDF format and the server signature that guarantees the transaction was completed correctly.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
